Western Travel Service

Western Travel Service is located on the ground floor over in the Kale Pada area of Byculla, specifically near Sasane Nagar. We are quite close to the Nal Bazar Post Office, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out running their errands. The office is at 20/24, and it’s a pretty straightforward setup for us. We have been here for a long time now, helping people with their travel plans, tickets, and all the various documents that come with it. It’s the kind of place where the phone is almost always ringing and there are always lists of names and dates sitting on the desk. Travel can be a bit complicated these days, so we just try to sort through the mess for our neighbors and friends who live around Byculla. It’s not a fancy agency with big posters and lights everywhere. It’s more of a practical office where we just get things done. The ground floor location is really nice because people can just walk right in off the street without having to look for an elevator. We’ve gotten to know a lot of families in the neighborhood over the years. Some people come in just to ask about a train or a flight, and we do what we can to help them out. The area around Nal Bazar is always energetic and a bit loud, which we’ve grown to like. It’s just a normal day of work for us here.
