Doggie Store

The Doggie Store is tucked away at B-05 Part A in Western Edge 2. We are just off the Western Express Highway, which makes it easy for people to stop by when they are driving through. It is a space for pet stuff, mostly for dogs as the name says. We have shelves full of food, some toys, and things like leashes. It’s not a huge place, but we try to keep the basics that people are always looking for. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when someone brings their dog in and they start barking at the treats, but we are used to that. We are just a few people working here who like animals. We spend a lot of time unpacking boxes and putting things on the shelves. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting heavy bags of kibble and making sure nothing is expired. The highway noise is always there in the background, but you stop noticing it after an hour or two. We get a lot of locals who live nearby coming in for their weekly supplies. It is nice to know the neighborhood dogs by name. We do not have a big corporate setup. It is just us in the shop, trying to keep things tidy and helping people find the right size collar or a toy that won't fall apart in two minutes. It keeps us busy and the days go by pretty fast for our small team.
