WELL WORTH ARCHITECTURAL FIRM

Down in Kandivili West, tucked away in Sector 1 of Charkop, you’ll find us at the Shivsai Co-Op Housing Society. We are located at Plot No: 169/45. It’s a typical Mumbai neighborhood, and our office fits right in with the surrounding houses and small shops. The name Well Worth is on the sign, but we are just a regular bunch of people who know a lot about buildings. The space inside is pretty functional. We have a couple of large drafting tables that take up most of the room and some shelves overflowing with catalogs. It’s often a bit hot in the afternoons, but we keep the windows open to catch whatever breeze comes through from the coast. We spend a lot of time talking to local contractors and checking on how things are going at various sites around Mumbai 67. It isn't always smooth sailing, and there are plenty of days where we are just troubleshooting small issues or waiting for materials to show up. We don't have a big staff or a fancy lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a stair design or a plumbing layout. We like being in Charkop because it feels grounded. It is a place where people actually live and work, and that helps us stay focused on the practical side of architecture. No big promises, just a lot of drawings and site visits.
