Our office is located in Dombivili East, at number 7 in the Arya Prem Society on Manpada Road. It’s a pretty typical neighborhood spot, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. We handle architectural work for a variety of different projects. Some days the office is really quiet while everyone is focused on their drawings, and other days it’s chaotic with people coming in and out and the landline ringing off the hook. We do a lot of the legwork that people don’t often see, like dealing with all the paperwork for the local authorities and making sure our plans meet all the specific rules for the area. It’s not the most fun part of being an architect, but it’s necessary if you want things to actually get built. We aren't a big, polished firm with a receptionist. We’re just a group of people who know how to put a building together on paper and then help get it made in real life. We spend a lot of time out at the construction sites because you can’t see everything from behind a desk. You have to be there to see how the materials are being used and if everything is lining up correctly with the plan. We try to keep things simple and honest with our clients. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do our best to deliver a plan that works for the space and the budget available for that specific project.
