ERA Architect

The office is at 501 Omprakash Arcadeambedkar Garden, Chembur. We go by ERA Architect. It’s on the fifth floor, which is nice because it gets us a bit away from the street noise, though Ambedkar Garden is usually pretty lively. The space itself is quite simple. We have a row of desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It is not a place with glass walls or high-end furniture. We just have what we need to get through the day. We’ve been in Chembur for a bit and we like the neighborhood. It’s convenient for us. Inside, there are usually rolls of drawings everywhere and a lot of empty pens lying around. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to answer the phones with a script. If you call, you'll just talk to one of the people actually doing the work. We aren't really concerned with making the office look perfect for visitors. We spend our energy on the actual drawings and making sure the numbers add up. It can get a bit frantic when we have a lot going on, but we prefer it that way. It’s just a honest, hardworking space where we try to stay on top of our projects without any unnecessary fuss. We don't bother with corporate polish or trying to sound bigger than we are. It’s just us here doing the actual design work.
