Designospace Architects

Designospace Architects is located at 17A, New Mhada Colony, Nnp 1 in Goregaon East. If you’re familiar with this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a busy, lively place with people everywhere. Our office is right in the middle of it. It’s a small space, but it’s where all our work happens. We spend our days drawing up plans and talking to contractors on the phone. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the samples and drawings lying around, but we manage. We’ve been in Goregaon for a while and we understand how people live here. Space is always a struggle in Mumbai, so we spend a lot of time figuring out how to make small rooms feel bigger or how to get more light into a dark corner. It’s practical work, not just making things look pretty. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations in the office because we’d rather use that space for our drawing boards. Most people find us through word of mouth in the colony. We aren’t the type to run big ads. We just show up every day, drink our coffee, and work on whatever project is on the desk. Sometimes it’s a house, sometimes it’s a small office renovation. We take it as it comes. It’s a humble setup, but it allows us to stay close to the actual building sites and the people we’re working for.
