Uni_des Architects & Designers

You can find us at Uni_des Architects & Designers in Mulund East. We are located at 402 R S Sampada in Arunodaya Nagar. It’s a typical Mumbai apartment building, and our office is on the fourth floor. It’s a quiet enough spot for us to get our work done without too many distractions from the main road. We’ve been working out of this space for a good bit of time now. The office is filled with the usual stuff you’d expect—lots of paper, computers, and rulers. We don't go in for anything too polished or corporate. We just want a place where we can sit down and focus on the technical details of a project. Mulund is a nice area, and being in the East makes it easy for us to get around. Most days involve us sitting around a table and trying to figure out how to solve a particular design problem. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big lobby or fancy furniture. Our focus is just on the drawings we produce. We get a lot of local people coming in with questions about their homes. We try to give them straight answers without using a bunch of technical jargon they won't understand. It’s a small operation here, and we like being able to talk directly to everyone who walks in. It keeps things honest and we can make sure the work is being done right.
