SDM Architects

We are located on the ground floor of the Kinara Building at 29-B Carter Road in Bandra (West). Our name is SDM Architects. Being on Carter Road means we are right near the water, which is a nice place to be, even if the office itself is pretty simple. It’s just a ground-floor space where we’ve set up our desks and computers. It isn’t a fancy showroom or a corporate headquarters. It’s just a room where we get our work done. We have been in Bandra for a while and we like the energy here. Inside, the place is usually a bit messy with rolls of paper and material boards leaning against the walls. We don't have a receptionist or a sales department to talk about our services. If you stop by, you’ll just find us working on our latest project. We aren't interested in marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We just focus on the drawings and the site visits. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic on Carter Road, but we don't mind the noise too much. We don’t have a formal mission or any corporate slogans. We just try to be honest and practical about the work we do. It’s a straightforward setup that allows us to focus on the things that matter to us without any unnecessary distractions. We just do the work as it comes.
