Welcome Inn Construction Private Limited

Our office is located up in A-1605 of the Shepherd Residency in Goregaon West. It’s right opposite the P/South Ward Road in Mitha Nagar. Being high up in the building gives us a bit of a view, but we are usually too busy with paperwork to look out the window much. Welcome Inn Construction is a small team working out of this part of Mumbai. Goregaon is a busy place, and Mitha Nagar always has something happening. We handle various construction tasks, mostly focusing on the residential side of things. Our office is a functional space, filled with samples, plans, and the smell of coffee. It’s not a fancy corporate suite; it’s where we actually get the work done. We spend our days coordinating with contractors and making sure our sites have what they need. Sometimes the traffic in Mumbai makes it hard to get around, but we are used to that by now. We try to keep our business dealings very straightforward and down-to-earth. There are no big speeches here, just people who know how to build things. We’ve been based in Shepherd Residency for a while and it’s a good home for us. Most of the people we work with are from the local area, which makes things easier. We just show up every morning and do our best to keep our projects on track. It’s a regular job for us, and we take it seriously.
