You can find us at Shop No 7 in the C wing of Charkop Kesar Pl. We are located in Kandivali West, right near the Charkop Machhi Market. If you can smell the fish, you are probably very close to our door. It is a lively area with a lot of local vendors shouting and people doing their daily shopping. Our office is small and simple. We have a couple of desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend our day looking at routes and trying to figure out the best way for people to get from one place to another. It can be stressful when schedules change at the last minute, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't some big travel corporation with a call center. It’s just us here in the shop. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it is quiet enough to read the newspaper. We’ve been in this spot for a good while and we know most of the people who walk past our window every morning. We don't use fancy brochures or big posters. We just talk to people and help them out with their travel plans. It’s a humble business and we like being part of the Charkop neighborhood. It gets very busy on market days, which makes things interesting. We just try to be helpful and honest with every person who comes in the door.
