You can find us at 302, C-Wing in the Waterford Building. We are right above Navnit Motors on C D Barfiwala Lane in Andheri West. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this area gets. The traffic is usually backed up right outside our window, but it’s a good central spot for us to reach our different sites. Walnut Constructions LLP is a small outfit. We don't have dozens of managers or a big HR department. It’s just us handling the day-to-day building work. We do a lot of renovations and some new builds when they come up. It’s a lot of walking up and down stairs and dealing with city permits. We try to keep our English simple because there’s no need for big words when you’re talking about bricks and mortar. We aren't the fastest builders in Mumbai, but we try to be thorough. Sometimes a job takes longer than we thought because of the monsoon or because a supplier forgot a delivery. We just deal with it and keep moving. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most people find us because they saw our trucks or heard about us from a friend. Our office in the Waterford Building is where we do all the boring stuff like payroll and planning. It’s not much, but it gets the job done for us. We just like building things and staying busy in the city.
