Walfarm Milk Private Limited

We are right in the middle of the noise in Mumbai on J.S.S Road. Our office is in the Singapuri Building, 12-B on the 1st floor, near Marine Lines. It is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on outside the window. Being in an old building like Singapuri means the walls have some history, and we have been here for a good chunk of it. We deal with milk deliveries and products across the city from this small base. The 609 area code part of Mumbai-Mumbai City is where we feel most at home. It gets very crowded on the stairs sometimes, especially when people are moving boxes. We have a few rooms filled with desks and old filing cabinets. The fans are almost always humming to keep the heat away. Working in Marine Lines means we are close to everything, but it also means there is never a quiet moment. We started out small and we still feel that way, even if the city has grown up around us. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to drivers who are trying to navigate the Mumbai traffic. It is a tough job sometimes because the city moves so fast. We just try to keep our heads down and make sure the milk gets to where it is supposed to be. It is not glamorous, but it is our life.
