VRUX ESTATE LLP operates out of Panchavati NX in Ghatkopar East. We are on M.G. Road, which is always moving. Our office is number 600 in the Panchavati CHS Ltd building. It is a decent spot, right near Pooja Hotel, which is where we usually tell people to look if they get lost trying to find us. Harbhanji Lane can be a bit tight with parking sometimes, but that’s just how it is in Mumbai. We’ve been in this space for a while now. The building is one of those classic cooperative housing society structures you see everywhere in this part of town. Inside, it is just a normal workspace. We have our computers, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of files. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. It’s more about having a place to sit down and figure out the work for the day. Ghatkopar is a lively area and being on M. G. Road means there is always something happening outside the window. We spend our days talking to people about estates and checking on different sites. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking documents. We are just a local team that knows this area pretty well. We show up, do the work, and head home like everyone else in the building. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living in the city.
