Vrinda Tours & Travels

Vrinda Tours & Travels is right here in Girgaon, on the ground floor of Panna Arcade. If you know the Panchratna Building, we are just tucked away behind it. It is a small place but we keep ourselves busy with all kinds of travel work. People come in mostly to book train tickets or ask about flights when the websites get confusing. We have been in this spot for a while now. The office is usually full of papers and someone is always on the phone talking to a driver or a hotel. We don't have fancy brochures everywhere, just a desk and a couple of chairs for when people need to sit and wait for their printouts. Living and working in Girgaon means we see the same faces every day, which is nice. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to tell people to come back in an hour. That is just how it goes. We handle a lot of local trips too. If someone needs a car for a wedding or a quick trip out of the city, they just drop by and tell us. We write everything down in a big ledger. It gets loud with the traffic outside, but we like the spot. It is easy to find if you are walking around near the arcade. We just try to get the bookings done without too much fuss. Most days it is just us and the tea guy coming by.
