We are located in Borivali East, right behind the Maharashtra Bank at Vaibhav Apartment. If you look for Block 16, that is where our small office is. We handle a lot of the usual travel stuff people need when they want to get out of the city for a few days. It's mostly just us answering phones and looking at schedules all day. Borivali is always busy so we see a lot of people coming in to ask about train tickets or bus timings. We try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the internet is slow and it takes a bit longer to get things sorted, but we usually get it done. The office isn't fancy, just a few chairs and some old maps on the walls. Most of our neighbors know us because we've been in this building for quite some time now. Dealing with travel can be a headache with all the changes in prices and times, but we are used to it by now. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know how the systems work. Usually, mornings are the busiest when everyone is trying to book things last minute. If you walk past the bank and head towards the apartments, you will find us easily. It is a quiet spot despite being in such a crowded part of town. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is not always easy but we have been around long enough to know the local people.
