Our small office is tucked away at number 56 in Vikroli West, right in the heart of Kannamwar Nagar. Most people around here know the Ganjana Maharaj Chowk, and we are just a short walk from there. We’ve been running Vitasta Tours & Travels from this same spot for quite a few years now. It is not a huge operation with dozens of staff, just a few of us sitting behind our desks. The walls are covered with some old maps and posters of places we’ve sent people to. It gets a bit loud during the day with all the traffic passing through the chowk outside. We spend most of our time on the phone, trying to sort out train tickets or booking cars for families. It’s honest work, though it can be a real headache when the systems go down or flights get delayed. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. There’s just a couple of plastic chairs for people to sit on while we look up their travel dates. Sometimes the neighbors come in just to chat about the weather or the local news while we work. We like being part of the community here in Vikroli. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We just help you get from point A to point B without making a big fuss about it. It is just a regular local business doing its thing every day.
