If you know Kandivli West, you know how busy S.V. Road gets. Vishal Shah is located right behind the Shoppers Stop, which is a landmark everyone uses for directions. We are in Shree Naman Towers, specifically unit 301 in the A wing. It is a busy building with a lot of people coming and going all the time. Vishal started this because there was a need for someone local to handle things. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, some chairs, and a lot of files. We hear the traffic from the road all day long, but you get used to it after a week. It is a practical spot because everything we need is just a short walk away. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy letters. We just answer the calls and fix the problems that come our way. Sometimes the monsoon makes the area a bit messy, but we still show up. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have a dress code or strict rules about how we talk. We just treat people like they are our neighbors because most of them are. Being near the mall helps people find us, but we are just a small team in room 301 doing our own thing. We stay busy enough without needing to shout about it. Life in Kandivli is fast, but we try to keep our part simple.
