You can find us at Shankar Niwas, right near the Maharana Pratap Chowk in Mulund West. We’re pretty close to the R Mall and the check naka, so it’s easy for people to drop by. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. We handle a lot of tech stuff, mostly fixing things or setting up software for people. The office is usually full of devices and cables. It looks a bit disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We spend our days troubleshooting problems. Sometimes it’s something easy that takes ten minutes, other times we’re stuck on one thing for hours. We don’t use a lot of big words when we talk to our customers. We just explain what’s wrong in plain English. Most of our clients are locals from Mulund. They know us and we know them. It’s a friendly vibe. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. Most people just walk in because they saw our sign or a friend told them about us. We keep the shop open pretty late some days because that’s when people finish work and bring their stuff in. We just enjoy the challenge of making things work again. It’s a good feeling when you finally solve a tricky problem and the person leaves with a working device. We just take things one job at a time.
