We are located on the first floor of Pinnacle Corporate Park, which is in the G Block of the Bandra Kurla Complex. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy BKC is during the work week. Our office is right in the middle of all that corporate energy. We deal with systems and technology, so there are always computers, servers, and cables around the place. It’s not the kind of office you see in movies with a lounge or fancy coffee bar. It’s just a practical space where we sit and work on technical solutions for other businesses. The traffic in and out of the park can be a bit of a nightmare, especially in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to the pace of things here. We spend our hours coding, troubleshooting, or discussing project requirements with clients. Most of the people working here have been with us for a while, and we just focus on getting the technical details right. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people; we just try to explain how the systems work in a way that makes sense. It’s a lot of quiet concentration and then the occasional rush when a deadline is approaching. Being in BKC means we are close to everything, but we mostly just stick to our floor and get the job done. Sometimes we even forget to eat lunch until it's nearly four o'clock because we're deep in a problem.
