Swami Computer

We are located over at 10 Bdd on the first floor. It is on N. M. Joshi Marg in Lower Parel. If you spend any time in this part of Mumbai, you know how busy it gets outside. The noise from the traffic on the main road usually filters up to us, but we are used to it by now. The office isn't very big and we have got desks piled with computer parts and tools. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs to get to the first floor, but it keeps us moving. Being in Swami Computer means spending a lot of time looking at screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working right. The building itself has that old feel to it that many places in Lower Parel still have. We usually start the day with a cup of tea from the stall nearby and then settle in. There is always some dust coming in from the window because of the construction work nearby, but we try to keep the workstation clean. It is just a regular place where we work every day from morning until the evening. We don't have fancy decorations on the walls or anything like that. Just the usual stuff you would expect to see in a computer shop. It can get quite hot in the afternoons but the fans keep the air moving enough for us to stay focused on the tasks at hand.
