Pre Tech Support

We have been here in Nerul East for a good while now, right near Haware Mall. It is a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area even a little bit. We mostly handle various tech support issues, helping people out when their computers or devices start acting up for no clear reason. Our office isn't anything fancy or massive, just a handful of us who know our way around a motherboard and some software. Some days get a lot busier than others, especially when there is a local internet issue or a common bug going around. We try to keep things moving and get through the pile of work. Most folks just drop by because they are already at the mall or live in the nearby buildings. It is a regular neighborhood spot. We don't have those fancy espresso machines or a big lobby, just some desks and the tools we need. We have seen all kinds of problems over the years, from cracked screens to weird software glitches that take a moment to figure out. Sometimes a fix takes a bit longer than we initially thought, but that is just how it goes with electronics. We don't really do any big advertising around town. Usually, a neighbor tells someone else about us and they show up the following week. It is quiet enough in the mornings, which gives us some time to organize all the spare parts we have lying around the place.
