Vishakha VPMD Construction LLP

Our place is in Andheri West, specifically at the SBI Pallavi CHS. We are in rooms 301 and 302. It's right opposite Veera Desai Road, which is a place everyone knows if they live in this part of Mumbai. Construction in Andheri is always a bit chaotic with the space and the crowds, but we manage. Vishakha and the team handle the day-to-day operations from here. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just take on projects and try to do them right. Being in a residential building like Pallavi CHS means we are right in the middle of things. It's a bit of a climb to the third floor but it’s fine. We do a lot of coordination for sites across the city from this office. It gets cramped with all the blueprints and files everywhere. Most of the time, someone is out checking on a site while the rest are here answering the phone. It's a typical small office vibe. Nothing too fancy. We’ve been around the Veera Desai area for quite some time. We know the local suppliers and how things work around here. It keeps us moving. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy website. Most of our work comes from people who have seen our sites. It's just a straightforward way of doing things. We handle the paperwork and materials.
