We are located over at Shreeji Market in Bandra West. Our office is number 91/1 on Harni Road, right across from the Sai Ashish Building. It is a busy little spot, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of Bandra. We spend our days mostly on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to figure out travel routes and ticket prices for people. The office isn't very big, just a couple of desks and some chairs for people to sit while we talk. There are always piles of forms and papers everywhere, which we try to keep in order, but it’s hard when things get busy. We get all sorts of people walking in, some wanting a quick bus ticket and others planning longer trips. It can be a bit stressful when systems go down or flights get delayed, but we just handle it as it comes. We’ve been in this market for a while now, so we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. Bandra is a fast place, and everyone always seems to be in a hurry to get somewhere else. We just try to help them get there without too much trouble. It’s a straightforward job, really. We talk to people, we book the seats, and we make sure the paperwork is done right. No big frills or fancy decorations in here, just a working office in a busy market trying to get things sorted for travelers.
