If you are looking for Viral Travels, we are in Santacruz West. Our office is 4/A in Modi Chawl, right across from Plaza Asiad. It's a small space, but we've made it work for a long time. Being in a chawl means we are right in the middle of everything. People stop by on their way to the station or after shopping. We handle all sorts of travel plans, mostly for families and local workers. There’s usually a map on the wall and some old brochures on the table. It’s not some high-end lounge, just a place to talk about where you need to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone with bus operators and checking flight prices for people. The street outside is always noisy, but inside we just focus on the bookings. We know the regulars by name because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use big advertisements. Most people find us because their cousin or neighbor told them to come here. We try to be helpful and honest about what’s available. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, but we get the job done eventually. It’s just a typical Santacruz day for us, watching the world go by from the office door while we sort out someone's holiday or work trip. It's a nice way to spend the day.
