Vipul Facility Managment Pvt. Ltd. Co. is based in the Ranakpur Apartment over in Kharkar Ali. We’re right near Jambli Naka in Thane West, which is a very old and busy part of the town. Being on the first floor in room 102/1 makes it easy for our staff and cleaners to drop in and out throughout the day. We manage buildings, which basically means we take care of the stuff people usually don't want to do themselves. We handle cleaning, security, and general repairs for various properties. Our office is always full of mops, tools, and clipboards. It’s a bit cramped, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time on our mobile phones coordinating with our teams out at different sites. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy brochures. Most of our work comes from people who know us in the neighborhood. We’ve been around Jambli Naka for a long time and know most of the shopkeepers on the street. It’s a noisy area, especially on market days, but we like the energy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the buildings we look after are in good shape. It’s honest, hard work and we take it one day at a time. If something breaks, we go and fix it. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We keep it simple.
