You can find us over at 17 Kandivali West, inside the Balaji Arcade. It’s a decent building and our spot is easy to get to once you’re inside. We’ve been running Vinayaka Tours And Travels from this location for some time. The office is mostly filled with maps, some old files, and a couple of computers that we use for all the bookings. Kandivali West is a busy part of the city, and the arcade stays quite active throughout the day. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the travel business. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and customers, making sure everyone knows where they are supposed to be. It’s not always smooth; sometimes a car breaks down or a flight gets delayed, and then the office gets a bit chaotic. We just deal with it as it comes. The furniture is a bit old now, and the tea guy comes around twice a day which is usually the highlight of our afternoon. People from the neighborhood often stop by to ask about ticket prices or just to see if we have any new packages. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just people seeing our sign in the arcade. It’s a practical way to run a business. We stay open late most nights because that’s when people finish work and finally have time to plan their trips. It is a lot of work but it keeps us going.
