We are located on the first floor of the Aditi building, which is right on Shiv Sena Bhavan Marg in Dadar West. It’s a very well-known part of Mumbai, so finding us isn't usually an issue for anyone. Our office at Plot No 183, Room 102, is where we handle all the development planning and the paperwork that comes with it. It’s a busy neighborhood, and there is always a lot of energy outside our windows. Inside, it’s mostly us sitting around a table trying to figure out the best way to move forward with our current sites. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. We’re just a local group of developers who know the Dadar area really well. Most of us grew up around here or have lived in Mumbai for a long time. We don't use any of those big words or fancy presentations you might see elsewhere. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. Sometimes we’re at the office late into the evening because there’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs checking. It’s hard work, but we take pride in being part of the local community here in Dadar. The Aditi building has been our base for a while now, and we don't see that changing anytime soon. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project while drinking our chai.
