We are based in Office No 806 in Adarsh Nagar, located in the Andheri East area near Mina Bazar. Our office is quite close to the Lotus Petrol Pump, which is helpful because our drivers can fill up easily before they head out for a long trip. The office itself is not very large, but it stays busy with people calling in to book cars or buses for their travels. We have a few computers and a lot of notebooks where we keep track of everyone's schedules. Andheri East is a very loud and crowded place, and sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear the phone ringing. My brother and I manage the daily bookings and we usually stay late to make sure all the drivers know where they are going the next morning. The lift in the building is quite old and sometimes it stops working, so we end up walking the eight floors quite often. We don't have glossy brochures or a marketing team. We just talk to people and help them get to where they need to go. Most of our clients live nearby or have small offices in the same building. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a car is going to be late because of a jam, we just call the customer and tell them. It is a busy life but we have been doing it for years now.
