Vijay Estate

Vijay Estate is tucked away in Kandivali West, specifically over in Sun City Layout. We’re on the 4th Main Road in the 7th Phase. If you know the area, it’s a pretty settled part of town. Our office isn't hard to find if you're looking for number 13. We spend a lot of time just keeping track of what’s happening in the local market. It’s mostly just us sitting around the desks, checking listings and taking phone calls. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight when things get quiet. Kandivali is always moving, and being in Sun City Layout means we see a lot of families and folks just going about their day. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there or anything. We just like doing our jobs and helping people figure out their housing stuff without making it too complicated. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road work nearby, but that’s just how it is. Sometimes we stay late when a client needs to meet after their work shift. It’s a simple setup we’ve got here. We have a few old maps on the wall and a computer that’s seen better days, but it gets the job done. People stop by for a chat more often than not. We’ve been in this part of Kandivali long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by name.
