Vijay Engineers

You can find Vijay Engineers over at No. 38 on Bibijan Street. We are in the Nagdevi Area, which is always packed with people looking for hardware and tools. Our office is No. 20 on the first floor. It is a small place, but we manage to get a lot done in that little room. We have been here for a good number of years now. There are catalogs and parts scattered around because we are always looking for something specific for a customer. It isn't a clean, empty office like you see in the movies. It’s a real working space with papers and tools everywhere. We spend most of our time talking to people who come in with a problem that needs an engineering solution or a specific part they can't find elsewhere. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know more than we do. We just use our experience to help out where we can. The street outside is usually full of carts and delivery bikes, so it can be a bit of a challenge to get through some days. But that’s just life in this part of the city. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy sign out front. Most people hear about us from someone else and just show up. We just keep doing what we do and try to stay organized as best as we can. It's a living.
