Vijay Developers operates out of Room No 1 in Panchshil Nagar. We are in Group 4 here in Mumbai. If you know the 400086 area, you know it gets quite busy and crowded. We handle building and development work from this small spot. It is not much to look at from the outside, but we keep all our files and maps here. Working in Mumbai means things move fast, and we try to keep up without making things too complicated. We’ve been around this part of Maharashtra for a while now. Our work involves a lot of coordination with workers and suppliers. Often, we are out at different sites checking on progress, so the office might be quiet for a few hours. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or seeing our name on a board at a site. It’s a local business, run by people who live nearby. We deal with the day-to-day issues that come up with construction. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or material transport, but that is just how it goes in this city. We try to be honest about what can be done and when. No fancy talk, just the usual work of putting things together. That’s pretty much us. We like the neighborhood and the people we work with every day. It’s a lot of hard work but it keeps us going.
