Our office is located in Kandivali West, specifically in Sector 3, right across the road from the Bhavishya Nidhi Bhavan. It’s a good spot because people often come to that building for their provident fund work and then see our sign. We handle travel bookings, tours, and all those kinds of arrangements. The office is basically just a room with some desks and a lot of travel brochures that we try to keep neat. It’s usually busy with the phone ringing and people asking about bus or train timings. Kandivali is a crowded place, and Sector 3 is no different. There’s always someone looking for a way to get out of the city for a holiday. We aren't a giant travel agency with hundreds of branches. We are just a local team that knows how to find the best routes and deal with the paperwork. Sometimes it gets stressful when a booking goes wrong or a train is cancelled, and we have to spend hours on the phone fixing it. But that’s the job. We don't have a fancy waiting lounge, just a couple of chairs for people to sit while we check the computer. We like being in this part of town because the people are friendly and they trust us with their vacation plans. It’s a lot of responsibility but we enjoy the work. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks in.
