Viacom18 Media Pvt Ltd (Vh1)

Our office is tucked away in the Empire Housing Society over in Andheri. Specifically, we are up in Flat-702. It’s a bit unusual for a media company like Vh1 to be in a housing society, but it actually works out quite well for us. It feels less like a sterile office and more like a creative hub. The view from the seventh floor is mostly of other buildings and the busy streets of Mumbai, which is always a reminder of the city's energy. Inside, the space is pretty packed with equipment, screens, and some random posters we’ve stuck up over the years. It’s not the most organized place, but we find what we need eventually. The elevators in the building can be a bit slow, so we often end up chatting with the residents while we wait. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. Most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable and get to work on the day's schedule. There’s always someone drinking coffee and staring at an editing screen. It can get loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just the atmosphere here. We’ve been in this Andheri spot for a bit, and it’s become our second home. It’s a real, working environment without any of the polish you might expect from a big name. Just a bunch of us in a flat, making things happen day by day.
