Versatile Projects & Commercial Group

Versatile Projects & Commercial Group is based out of the Hiranandani Gardens area in Powai. We are up in room 221 of the Plaza building. Powai is a pretty fancy part of town, but our office is just a regular workspace where we get things done. We deal with various commercial projects and development tasks. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams and making sure the numbers add up. The Plaza building has a lot of other offices, so there’s a constant flow of people in the hallways. We’ve been working out of this spot for some time now. Our day usually starts early and involves a lot of phone calls and emails. We aren't the type to use big corporate slogans. We just manage projects and try to keep things on track. Dealing with commercial stuff means there are always deadlines looming, so the atmosphere can get a bit frantic sometimes. But that’s just how it is in this industry. We have a small team of people who know their jobs well. Most of us have been in the commercial sector for years. We like being in Powai because everything we need is close by, even if the parking can be a total nightmare. We just focus on the work at hand and don't worry too much about the rest. Sometimes we have meetings in the lobby when the office feels too cramped.
