Venus Estate

Venus Estate has its office at number 6 in Sion. It is a busy part of the city to work in, especially with the Sion circle and all the traffic nearby. Our office is quite small and usually has maps and keys scattered around the place. We spend our time helping people find a place to live or a spot for their business. It involves a lot of walking around and looking at flats in the older buildings and the new ones too. We know the landlords and the neighbors in Sion pretty well by now. We do not use any corporate jargon or make big promises. We just show people what is on the market and tell them the price. The paperwork is always a bit of a hassle in this business, so we spend a lot of time filling out forms and checking documents. It is a local operation and we mostly get customers from word of mouth. Sometimes the office gets crowded when a few people drop in at once to ask about rentals. We just pull up another chair and talk it through. It is a simple way of doing things. We have been here for a long time and have seen the rents go up and down over the years. We just keep doing what we do in our corner of Sion.
