Velocity

Velocity is based in the Film Centre Building over in Tardeo. If you know Mumbai, you know this area can get pretty packed, especially during the morning rush. The building itself has been around for quite a while and has that old-school feel to it. Our room isn't anything fancy—just some desks, a few chairs, and a lot of cables running along the floor. We’ve tried to organize things better, but it always ends up looking a bit lived-in after a couple of hours of work. We handle a lot of different things here, and it’s usually just a few of us sitting around the computers. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re usually too busy to worry about that. Being in Tardeo means we have plenty of places to grab a quick snack nearby, which is good because we often work through lunch. We don’t have a receptionist or a big lobby; you just walk in and someone will probably look up from their screen to say hello. It’s a practical setup for us. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporate firm. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because it keeps things simple and we know exactly what’s going on at all times.
