Veg Bite

Veg Bite is located in Goregaon West, specifically at Section 22, C 7. It’s a straightforward little spot. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big sign. Most people just know us by the smell of the food cooking. We focus strictly on vegetarian options because that’s what we know best. The kitchen is the heart of the place, and it’s usually pretty loud with the sound of pans and chopping. We aren’t trying to be a five-star restaurant. We are just a local place where you can get a quick bite to eat. The seating is basic, just some sturdy chairs and tables that we wipe down constantly. Goregaon West is a busy area, so we get a lot of foot traffic. Sometimes we have a line out the door, and we have to move fast to keep everyone happy. It gets a bit hot in the kitchen, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a big corporate team; it’s just us and a couple of helpers. We buy our vegetables fresh every morning from the local market. There’s no complicated philosophy here. We just cook the food, serve it, and clean up at the end of the night. It’s a lot of standing on our feet all day, but we like the energy of the neighborhood. It feels good to be a part of the daily life around Section 22. We’ve been here long enough that we recognize the footsteps of some of our regulars before they even come in.
