We are located over in Khar West at 236, Khawse Chawl. It’s part of the Omkar Rahiwashi Sangh in the Dandpada area. This is a very local part of Mumbai 400 052. We deal with fresh fruits, so our days often start quite early. The chawl area is always buzzing with people and activity. It’s not a quiet office; it’s a place where things are moving. We have boxes of fruit coming in and going out. It can get a bit cramped with all the crates, but we make it work. Dandpada has a real community feel to it. Everyone knows each other. We spend our time checking the quality of the fruit and making sure the orders are ready for delivery. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or sleek furniture. Just some scales, crates, and a lot of fruit. The smell of the produce is always around. Sometimes the rains make the narrow lanes a bit muddy, but we still get the work done. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time. People around here know where to find us. It’s a simple, honest business. We just focus on getting the fruit we can and getting it to where it needs to go. We don't use any fancy marketing, we just sell our fruits and keep the crates moving every day.
