Dmart India

We’ve been here in Chembur for a while now. The shop is at 15/10 Shivpuri Society. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home from work. Most people know us as Dmart India. It’s a straightforward place. We handle a lot of different things people need for their homes. I usually start the day early to make sure everything is sorted out before the first person walks in. Mumbai is always moving fast, so we try to keep up. The shelves get messy sometimes, but we tidy them up whenever there is a quiet moment. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular spot where work gets done every day. Sometimes the delivery trucks have a hard time finding the exact gate in Shivpuri Soc because the roads are a bit narrow and crowded. But we have lived here long enough to know almost everyone in the neighborhood. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor down the street. Dealing with the daily stock takes up most of our time. You’ll usually find someone at the counter or checking the boxes in the back room. It’s just how things are run here. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and things move along. Chembur has changed a lot lately, but we are still right here.
