We are over in Borivali West on Ram Mandir Road. If you know the Vazira Naka area, we are in the building called Being Merigold, room 404 A. It’s a travel office, so we spend a lot of time on the computer looking at flights and hotels. The office isn't very large, but it's enough for the few of us who work here. We have some posters of places on the walls, but they are a bit faded now. Most people just call us instead of coming in, but we are here every day anyway. Ram Mandir Road can get quite busy, especially during the festivals. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the paperwork for visas and tickets gets a bit messy on the desks. It’s a lot of waiting on hold with airlines and trying to find seats when everything looks full. We don't have any big corporate backing. It’s just a local shop where we help people figure out where they want to go for their break. Sometimes we get people coming in who aren't sure where they want to go, so we just show them what’s available. It’s a steady job. We’ve been in Borivali for a while and we like the neighborhood. There are good places to eat nearby when we take our lunch break. It's just a normal travel spot in a busy part of town. We keep it simple.
