Vasudha Tours

We have our little shop at 3/86 Yoganand in Borivali West. We are pretty close to Vazira Naka, so it is easy enough for locals to find us when they are out doing their errands. We handle tours and travel arrangements for people around here. It is a small space, but we manage to make it work. Most of the time, it is just me and another person handling the bookings and the phone calls. We don't use any fancy travel software that costs a fortune; we just use what works for us. People come in asking about pilgrimage trips or maybe a quick getaway to the hills to escape the heat. We listen to what they want and see what the current rates are for the season. It is a lot of checking schedules and calling around to see if rooms are available at the hotels. Borivali is a lively place to work in, and we have been in this building for quite a while now. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. Usually, it is just neighbors telling neighbors about us. It isn't always easy, especially when prices go up suddenly or flights are delayed, but we try to be as straight as we can with everyone. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of employees. We are just a local business trying to help people see a bit of the world or just get to the next town for a wedding.
