New Balaji Tours N Travels

We are over at Vashi Plaza in Sect-17. If you know Vashi, you know how busy the plaza gets. It’s like a maze inside sometimes with all the different shops and offices. New Balaji Tours N Travels is tucked away in one of the corridors. We have posters of different places on the walls, though some of them are getting a bit faded from the sun coming through the glass. There are two main desks and a few chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the computer. The phone rings a lot, especially in the mornings. We spend a lot of time on the line checking schedules or talking to drivers. It gets quite noisy in the plaza during the lunch hour because of all the food stalls nearby. We usually just grab a quick bite and come back. The space is small, so we have to keep our files tucked away in cabinets under the desks. It’s a bit of a trek from the parking lot to the office, but you get used to it. We see a lot of the same faces every day since many people work in the same building. There isn't anything fancy about our office—just some computers, a printer, and a lot of notebooks filled with scribbled notes. It’s a functional place in a very busy part of Navi Mumbai where we just get things sorted.
