Arccon Buildtech Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in the Blue Chip Industrial Estate No. 5. We’re at Waliv Phata on Sativali Road, right in Vasai East. You can find us at Unit No. 28 and 38. We’re pretty close to the Supertech Czar building, which is a good landmark if you’re looking for us. Our units are mostly used for our technical work and storing what we need for our construction projects. It’s an industrial setting, so it’s busy and can get a bit noisy with the trucks constantly moving in and out. We’ve been working out of this estate for quite some time now. We don’t have a fancy showroom. Instead, we have a workspace where we actually build and plan things. Most days involve looking at site reports or checking on materials. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We have a small crew that has been with us for years. We aren't big on corporate meetings; we usually just talk things over while we’re working. The office part is just a small section partitioned off from the main storage area. It’s a bit rough around the edges, with some dust on the blueprints, but it’s an honest place. We focus on getting our builds right and making sure everything is structurally sound. That’s what matters most to us at the end of the day. It’s just how we operate.
