Vardhman Developersand Neelam Privatelimited is based out of Commerce House in the Fort area. We are on the first floor, specifically unit 113 on Plot 140. It is an old building but it has a lot of character, right there on Nagindas Master Road. Being in Kala Ghoda means we are surrounded by a lot of history and busy streets. It is a very professional part of town, though our office is pretty lived-in and full of papers. We are a private limited company that focuses on development projects. We spend a lot of our time going through plans and talking to contractors. There is no polished marketing team here, just us working from the first floor. The location in Fort is very handy because it is near a lot of other offices and government buildings we have to visit. We have been at this address for some time now. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but we like the area. We do not really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just seeing our sign at Commerce House. We handle the day-to-day tasks of running a development business, from permits to site visits. It is just a regular office where we try to get things done without too much fuss. Nagindas Master Road is a good place for a business like ours to stay grounded and focused on the work.
