Vardhaman Engineering Corporation

Vardhaman Engineering Corporation is located over at 16/2 in the Goverdhan Bhavan Co-Op Housing Society. We are right on Khetwadi Main Road between 212 and 218. It is an old building but it has a lot of character and the neighbors are mostly okay. Working out of a housing society building is a bit different than a big industrial park but it works for us. We have been here for a long time and the routine stays pretty much the same every day. We open up the shutters early and start looking at the work orders. The Khetwadi area is always moving so there is never a dull moment outside the window. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped with all the engineering parts we have to store but we manage. We don't use fancy computers for everything. A lot of it is still done the old way with pens and ledgers. It feels more real that way I think. The hallways in Goverdhan Bhavan can be narrow so moving big items in and out takes some planning and a bit of muscle. We know the tea stall guy down the street and he brings us chai twice a day. That is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We aren't doing anything world-changing here. We just sell engineering bits and pieces to people who need them and try to stay out of trouble. It is a decent living and we like the people around here.
