We are located at Eon Homes, specifically in Flat A1-1205 over at Plot R3/1. This is in the Hinjavadi area of Pune, specifically Phase III. If you know Mulshi, you know how much building has been going on around here lately. It’s a busy spot with all the IT parks and new housing coming up. We are a private limited company, but we do not act like a big corporate machine. It’s mostly just a dedicated group of us making sure our infrastructure projects are moving along. Being in Hinjavadi means we are right in the middle of all the action. The office is where we handle the logistics, which can be a real headache sometimes with all the permits and planning required for this kind of work. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out in the field checking on progress. It is not always pretty, especially when it rains and the sites get muddy, but we get it done. We’ve seen this part of Pune change from mostly fields to what it is now. It is a lot to keep track of, but we have been doing this long enough to know the rhythm of the work. We just try to stay focused on the tasks at hand and not get distracted by all the noise around us. We are just local builders doing our thing in a very busy and crowded city.
