Valencia Tours & Travels

We’re based out of Sakinaka, at number 6 Santacruz East. Valencia Tours & Travels is a small operation, mostly just us helping people figure out their trips and getting their tickets sorted. If you know Sakinaka, you know it’s one of those places that never really stops. There’s always noise from the street, horns honking, and people rushing around. Our office is a simple place where we keep the brochures and the computer where we book everything. It’s not a luxury lounge or anything. We’ve got a few chairs for people to sit on while we look up flights or train schedules for them. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to apologize while we wait for the page to load. It’s just part of the day. We get a lot of walk-ins, people just stopping by to ask about prices or how to get a visa. We try to give them the straight answers without any of that fancy talk you see in travel magazines. We’ve got a small calendar on the wall with pictures of places we’ll probably never visit ourselves, but it’s nice to look at. The space is a bit tight, especially when more than two people come in at once, but we make it work. It’s a humble business, really. We just like helping people get where they need to go, whether it’s for work or a small holiday with their family.
