Vakratunda Tours Travels

We've been running Vakratunda Tours Travels from this small shop in Mangatram Society for a while now. Bhandup West is a busy place, and we're right here in Shop No 3. People come in to ask about train tickets or car rentals, and we just try to get things sorted for them. It’s mostly just us sitting here with the phone ringing and trying to figure out the best routes. Sometimes the internet is slow or things get hectic, but that's just how it goes. We handle a lot of local stuff and some longer trips too. It isn't a fancy office with big posters. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paperwork piled up on the side. Usually, someone is here from morning until late evening because that’s when people finish work and stop by. We know the neighbors around Mangatram Society well. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how the travel business works in this part of Mumbai. We spend a lot of time on the phone with drivers and agents. Sometimes things change last minute and we have to scramble to find another way. It keeps us busy. We don't do much advertising; mostly it’s just people walking past the shop or neighbors telling their friends about us. It’s a simple setup. We just want to make sure people get where they need to go without too much trouble. The tea guy comes by twice a day and that's usually when we take a breath.
