Vaibhav Communication Travels

You can find us over at Varia Cottage, which is right on M.G. Road. We're pretty close to Mulund West, so it's a busy area to be in. Vaibhav Communication Travels has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. We started out small and mostly stayed that way because it works for us. We handle communication services and travel bookings all in one place. It’s a bit of a mix, but people in the neighborhood seem to need both. The shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but we keep it organized inside. M.G. Road always has something going on, so there is plenty of foot traffic. We get people stopping in while they are out doing their shopping or heading to work. We help with phone stuff and getting tickets sorted. It gets a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting at once, but we manage. My cousin helps out sometimes when it gets really packed. We don't have a website, we just talk to people face to face. It feels more natural that way. If someone has a problem with a booking, they just come back and we fix it. We know most of the people who come in by their names. The M.G. Road area is always changing, with new shops opening and old ones closing. We've managed to stay put through it all. Sometimes the internet goes down, and we have to apologize to everyone waiting, but usually, things run okay. We have a small fan that barely keeps the heat away. It’s just part of being in an old building. We don't ask for much more than a steady stream of work.
