V R Control Systems

V R Control Systems is located up on the first floor in the Ramakrishna Compound. If you know Saki Naka, you know how busy 90 Feet Road gets at all hours. We are in Gala No-1/13, tucked away in Lokmanya Tilak Nagar. It's a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the hallway can be a little dark if the bulb is out, but it's where we do all our work. The space is filled with control panels, wires, and manuals that we've had for years. It’s loud outside because of the traffic, but inside we just focus on the systems in front of us. Most of us have been working here a long time and we know exactly where every tool is, even if the place looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. We take our breaks together and talk about the commute or the weather. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time here than at home. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, and the fan makes a bit of a clicking sound when it’s on high, but it keeps us cool enough. People from the nearby units stop in for a chat now and then. We don't have a big reception area or anyone to greet you at the door. You just walk in and find us at the benches. It’s just how things are done in this part of Mumbai, practical and straightforward without any extra layers.
